Are you familiar with the meanings of symbols and icons used in the Bible? Some of these can be seen on paraments (pulpit and lectern hangings and altar cloths), clergy vestments (ceremonial garments), and in stained glass windows of churches. Reasons for the use of these symbols and icons are:
